To positively impact somebody’s life, career or business, is one of the greatest and most fulfilling achievements for me. That’s why I honor each and every one of the people or organizations that I work with. I would never betray their trust or ever let them down in any way. This is the reason why I coach, guide and mentor them with the highest commitment.

I’m on a mission: impacting and transforming the lives, businesses and careers of my clients and helping them achieve their goals and dreams. By doing so, I’m also living my own purpose – a life in the service of others and making a big difference in their daily reality. To be able to realize this mission in the most powerful and effective way, I choose to work with only those who are on a mission themselves. One that will not only enhance their own life but also that of others.

I work with most clients from one to three years. All coaching is done virtually, face-to-face or a combination of both. Face-to-face coaching is usually done in one of my main coaching offices, in Rotterdam or Amsterdam, The Netherlands. But only if the situation requires it, will I travel (internationally) to make the necessary impact on the lives, careers or businesses of my clients.

Coaching by me is done one-on-one or in limited groups (in English or in Dutch). I only work with those who are highly committed and play to win instead of playing not to lose. These are the individuals or organizations who don’t just participate, but choose to dominate in their field. They respect my time and theirs, they live with the highest integrity and are willing to do the work required. The essence, purpose and terms of each coaching trajectory are recorded in a coaching covenant which is signed by both parties before the coaching starts.

The terms of my coaching agreements are simple; I work with my clients for a minimum of 12 months and at least 50% of the 12/36-month fee is required to commence. Compensation is paid prior to the first coaching session and the entire 12-month fee is non-refundable. If you choose to quit for any reason, all compensation will go directly to Roberto Elan Enterprises or to a charity of our choice.

I help earlier stage companies as well. I understand earlier stage CEO’s may not have the cashflow to utilize a high-performance leadership expert like me. To solve this, three high-growth clients per year are now accepted under an equity program where I accept 50% of my coaching fees as equity in their company. Applications for this program are exceptional and the caliber of company or career and life we can help create and grow is astounding.
